My husband and l, just purchased a home using the services of Kelly Meek. I am not sure how to shorten/condense the words of praise I have for Kelly, and don't think I even want to try!! Dust wanted too take a moment to let you know how wonderful it has been to work with Kelly Meek. She is super professional and ultra competent. But more than that, she is very compassionate and empathetic in dealing with clients. She understands how difficult and emotional the sale of your home can be, the stress in finding a new one and the special needs of my mother (and my two elderly dogs!).

I don't know how or why people sell homes on their own, there are so many potential pitfalls; lust as I would not represent myself in court. I would much prefer to have professional guidance In selling or buying a home.

Upon deciding to sell an investment property within Uxbridge I immediately began searching for a low-cost venue of advertising. I settled upon a local sell-your-own-home franchise. Over the next 335 days, we had more than 100 viewings, approximately 10 of those with Realtors. I did not receive any offers from Realtors. All other offers were immediately rejected for being considerably less than list price. Due to complications with tenants, I realized potential buyers need the assistance of a professional Realtor. We listed with Kelly Meek at a new higher price. Seven days later we had an offer above the listed price with no unreasonable conditions attached. Due to a favourable commission schedule I received more proceeds from the sale than I had ever anticipated. With Ms. Meek's professional advice and knowledge of the real estate marketplace and Landlord and Tenant Act. I assisted the buyer's eviction of tenants. Previously I did not understand the Act accurately and realized I needed the professional services Ms. Meek has to offer as a Realtor. I also noticed Kelly Meek had an excellent memory for details, a very helpful asset. For these reasons I would highly recommend Kelly Meek as a professional and competent Realtor who can offer tremendous value and service.
