I have a friend who is possibly interested in selling her home. She is in Beaverton and has a lovely waterfront property. The house is cute but needs work but the property is lovely. I believe she bought the property several years ago for $450,000. She is in a state of confusion because she now owns a condo in Markham and has decided that she may not sell the house in Beaverton. However, she also has a friend who wants to sell her home on Maple Beach.

Dust wanted too take a moment to let you know how wonderful it has been to work with Kelly Meek. She is super professional and ultra competent. But more than that, she is very compassionate and empathetic in dealing with clients. Upon deciding to sell an investment property within Uxbridge I immediately began searching for a low-cost venue of advertising. I settled upon a local sell-your-own-home franchise. Over the next 335 days, we had more than 100 viewings, approximately 10 of those with Realtors. I did not receive any offers from Realtors.
