My real estate experience with Kelly started at a difficult time when I needed separate representation on the sale of my home in a marital separation. She has since helped me purchase a home on my own with good cautions and questions, and, most recently, sell and purchase another home. She is market smart well beyond the Uxbridge area. And she was Instrumental in negotiating a price reduction on my recent purchase due to insufficiencies on a building inspection.
