My real estate experience with Kelly started at a difficult time when I needed separate representation on the sale of my home in a marital separation. Kelly handled this so well, working to keep both of us informed and pleased with the outcome. She has since helped me purchase a home on my own with good cautions and questions, and, most recently, sell and purchase another home. She is market smart well beyond the Uxbridge area. And she was Instrumental in negotiating a price reduction on my recent purchase due to insufficiencies on a building inspection.

My wife and I decided to buy a house, and we had no sense of the process.  We were fortunate enough to connect with Kelly, and she took the time to help us with the whole process.  Her approach to helping us find our house was patient and professional, and the whole process was quite exciting because we knew that we were in good hands.  Kelly helped us find a house that is going to be an excellent home for raising our family in, we are very grateful for that.

I have a friend who is possibly interested in selling her home. She is in Beaverton and has a lovely waterfront property. The house is cute but needs work but the property is lovely. I believe she bought the property several years ago for $450,000. She is in a state of confusion because she now owns a condo in Markham and has decided that she may not sell the house in Beaverton. However, she also has a friend who wants to sell her home on Maple Beach.
