My husband and l, just purchased a home using the services of Kelly Meek. I am not sure how to shorten/condense the words of praise I have for Kelly, and don't think I even want to try!! Kelly held the listing for a home we wished to see and we couldn't have asked for a better agent to sign with and fulfill our needs. Kelly's demeanor and personal, yet professional approach is fantastic. My husband and I immediately felt we were in the hands of a competent and trustworthy agent, as well as being so lucky to have found her. Kelly's patience and accommodating ways helped us find a home we are thrilled to be moving into. We actually bought the home whilst I was out of the country and Kelly took the lead and guided us through quite an exciting / nerve racking deal ( it's a good story for another day for sure!!!), If there is any doubt ( and I am sure there is not), that Kelly is an incredible agent, after this email, I'm not sure what I missed. I had the fortunate experience of meeting Kelly Meek about four years ago. At that time I expressed an interest in her giving us an opinion on our house as we knew the time would come to sell. She came to the house and gave us some goad advice on improving our house and curb appeal.

From time to time over the next few years I saw Kelly and she visited to view upgrades that we had made. We so greatly appreciated her never pushing us to rush into selling, but just offering encouragement and sound advice.

In the tail of 2009 we got very serious about selling, and Kelly came again. This time we set a deadline for ourselves. We had many questions and Kelly answered promptly.

Most houses sit in Zephyr for months before selling. We were astonished that we sold so quickly. Kelly had everything up and running on the internet with pictures very quickly, gave us feedback after every showing, did an open house when we requested, left as a please remove boots sign, and told us it was ok to cry when we signed the "sold" papers for the house we have lovingly lived in for 23 years.

In response to your letter, no we cud not encounter any problems with the service we receive. We will always highly recommend to Kelly to anyone we know who is thinking of selling now or in the future.

I have a friend who is possibly interested in selling her home. She is in Beaverton and has a lovely waterfront property. The house is cute but needs work but the property is lovely. I believe she bought the property several years ago for $450,000. She is in a state of confusion because she now owns a condo in Markham and has decided that she may not sell the house in Beaverton. However, she also has a friend who wants to sell her home on Maple Beach.
