I have a friend who is possibly interested in selling her home. She is in Beaverton and has a lovely waterfront property. The house is cute but needs work but the property is lovely. I believe she bought the property several years ago for $450,000. She is in a state of confusion because she now owns a condo in Markham and has decided that she may not sell the house in Beaverton. However, she also has a friend who wants to sell her home on Maple Beach.
