I had the fortunate experience of meeting Kelly Meek about four years ago. At that time I expressed an interest in her giving us an opinion on our house as we knew the time would come to sell. She came to the house and gave us some goad advice on improving our house and curb appeal.

From time to time over the next few years I saw Kelly and she visited to view upgrades that we had made. We so greatly appreciated her never pushing us to rush into selling, but just offering encouragement and sound advice.

In the tail of 2009 we got very serious about selling, and Kelly came again. This time we set a deadline for ourselves. We had many questions and Kelly answered promptly.

Most houses sit in Zephyr for months before selling. We were astonished that we sold so quickly. Kelly had everything up and running on the internet with pictures very quickly, gave us feedback after every showing, did an open house when we requested, left as a please remove boots sign, and told us it was ok to cry when we signed the "sold" papers for the house we have lovingly lived in for 23 years.

In response to your letter, no we cud not encounter any problems with the service we receive. We will always highly recommend to Kelly to anyone we know who is thinking of selling now or in the future.
