Upon deciding to sell an investment property within Uxbridge I immediately began searching for a low-cost venue of advertising. I settled upon a local sell-your-own-home franchise. Over the next 335 days, we had more than 100 viewings, approximately 10 of those with Realtors. I did not receive any offers from Realtors. All other offers were immediately rejected for being considerably less than list price. Due to complications with tenants, I realized potential buyers need the assistance of a professional Realtor.
