I believe she bought the property several years ago for $450,000. She is in a state of confusion because she now owns a condo in Markham and has decided that she may not sell the house in Beaverton. However, she also has a friend who wants to sell her home on Maple Beach.

Upon deciding to sell an investment property within Uxbridge I immediately began searching for a low-cost venue of advertising. I settled upon a local sell-your-own-home franchise. Over the next 335 days, we had more than 100 viewings, approximately 10 of those with Realtors. I did not receive any offers from Realtors.
